Dubai is a dream destination for many travelers, the end of August may not be an ideal timing to travel to Dubai due to the hot temperature, but the benefit is hotel rooms are much more affordable. During daytime, the heat was almost unbearable, it was relatively impossible to walk on the streets, thankfully to the convenient and affordable Uber or Taxi in Dubai, it was pleasant to move around under the 45°C sunlight. After sunset, the temperature dropped to under 40°C, with the breeze and the amazing sunset, it was the best time to take a walk or swim at the beach. Sunset beach which is a public beach, a good option for those who don't stay in a hotel that offers a private beach and where you can have a decent view of the famous Burj Al Arab. Souk Madinat Jumeirah is a traditional Middle Eastern style bazaar, with its spacious landscapes and gardens of Arabian architecture, every corner is a picture perfect view including the iconic Burj Al Arab. Another must-see in Dubai, with no doubt, is the tallest building in the world - Burj Khalifa and The Dubai Fountain show, even the show goes on every 30 minutes every night, it is always crowded around the fountain when the show goes on, and people still get amazed and inspired watching this magical show. Next to Burj Khalifa is The Dubai Mall, the world's largest shopping mall, it has the most luxury things that beyond your imagination, not only it has all the luxury designer brands, international prestigious restaurants, there are also a 3-floor-height aquarium, an Olympic-size ice skating rink, a virtual reality park, a 5-star movie theater and even a real Jurassic period dinosaur!

It was a great pleasure to journey here in summertime, endless interesting places to visit, lots of entertaining events, festivals, activities and more. We took the chance to engage the most anticipating and inspiring annual exhibition in the fashion world, the Costume Institute exhibition at the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the theme of this year is called Heavenly Bodies - a dialogue between fashion and medieval art to examine fashion's ongoing engagement with the devotional practices and traditions of Catholicism. Throughout the galleries, you will find papal vestments shipped from the Vatican, religious artworks and couture pieces from the early twentieth century to contemporary haute-couture and ready-to-wear designs, including original pieces from Gianni Versace and Cristobal Balenciaga featuring Catholic iconography, also the most influential designers and fashion houses in the world: Chanel, Valentino, Yves Saint Laurent, Dolce & Gabbana, Lanvin, Christian Lacroix and Alexander McQueen. Magical night views in Manhattan New York is so fascinating, one of the reasons is its ethnic and cultural diversity and vibrant mix of world influences, with immigrants making up the majority of the residents in some neighborhoods, all five boroughs illustrate this melting pot through music, activities, shops and restaurants, and the most appealing part for us was being able to sample exotic cuisine and products! Another exciting event that we attended was Macy's 4th of July fireworks. We decided to watch the show from Gantry Plaza State Park in Long Island City where we could have a panoramic view of the captivating Manhattan skyline. The venue was totally packed hours before the show started, but the overwhelming fireworks display was absolutely worth it! Despite all the fun and pleasure, the main reason to travel to NYC is to visit AIMEEKU stockist in SoHo - Dreams On Air, such an adorned boutique store with vivacious representatives and acclaimed designer brands which is located on the absolute prime block with Chanel and Balmain luxury fashion shops. Our last day in NYC happened to be Manhattanhenge which is a circumstance that occurs twice a year, during which the setting sun or the rising sun aligns perfectly with New York City’s street grid, creating a glow of light across Manhattan's brick and steel canyons. It's a pity that it was a cloudy evening, so we didn't capture a radiant sunlight, but still a beautiful memorable moment!
